Refund policy

  • Can I exchange or return my order?

We always do our best to ensure our customers are happy and excited about their new treasures! We try to present our collection with honest, accurate information and images to ensure you are always confident with your purchase prior to ordering. If you have any questions at all please contact us prior to placing your order and we will gladly send you additional photos, videos and information.

Ready to wear orders: We offer a 7 day return and full refund policy on Ready To Wear orders in Canada. If for some reason the items you received are not what you expected, we will accept a return within 7 days of purchase if unworn, less shipping cost. This only applies to original Ready To Wear pieces (item has not been sized or adjusted to you in any way) shipped within Canada. We don’t offer returns/refunds to orders shipped outside Canada.

For international orders, we offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your items if unworn, less shipping cost.

The shipping cost of a returning item is the responsibility of the customer and we can not be responsible for any damaged or lost packages. Items must be in their original packaging and in clean, unworn condition. Once we receive the piece(s), we will issue a refund (for Canadian orders only) or exchange/store credit for Canadian and international orders. You can return or exchange your pieces in person if you are local, but please contact us first to arrange an appointment.

Customized orders: We don’t offer returns on pieces that have been customized, sized to fit you, or that have had any other changes/adjustments made from our Ready To Wear collection. Most items are one of a kind, featuring unusual stones, and continued sizing/adjusting would compromise longevity of the piece. If you are not sure of the size or length of the chain, please email us for advice.

No exchanges will be issued if the piece(s) have been damaged, worn, and/or poorly cared for after the purchase.

    * Please note that all SALE items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. *

    Custom Orders or Made-To-Order:

Please note custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable. It is expected that our clients confirm all the details and costs of the custom project prior to making an order. Every step is taken to make sure you are confident in your purchase! We do our absolute best to provide all of the details, stone options (if needed), design sketches and CAD renderings or images of carved waxes prior to the creation of the piece and will not proceed with making anything until our clients have confirmed that they are happy with everything. We will answer any questions along the way, so please do not hesitate to ask!

If a product arrives damaged, please email us as soon as the damage is discovered. We will replace or repair your purchase at no cost to you.

    • How do I care for my new jewellery?

Whether it is fine jewellery or costume, precious gemstones or semi-precious, we recommend soaking your jewellery in warm water with dish soap and baking soda and gently scrubbing it with a soft toothbrush (make sure you do this in a bowl and not in the sink so nothing is lost in the drain). We do not recommend over the counter chemical “dips” and cleaners, as they may tarnish your jewellery further or affect the gemstones. If you are ever unsure of how to take care of your new jewellery, please contact us for advice.

    • How do I find my ring size?

Our best advice is to visit your local jeweller or jewellery retailer to have your finger professionally sized. Most jewellers will offer this as a free service. When possible, please specify whether you are purchasing a wide or narrow band as this sometimes affects the fit of the ring. We do not recommend using a printable ring sizer or plastic sizer as they usually are not accurate. We are not responsible for jewellery ordered in the wrong size. If the style of ring is sizeable, we will make the adjustment at your cost.

We offer one time complimentary ring sizing to fit a ring to you prior to shipping. If ring purchase is a surprise and the ring needs to be adjusted later, we offer complementary one-time sizing within the first six months of purchase. Clients are responsible for shipping item(s) back to our studio.

Additional fees will apply to any adjustments after 6 months from the time of purchase or multiple adjustments within the same period of time.

    • Craftsmanship Warranty

We guarantee the structural integrity of all jewellery. Please be mindful that it is important to add fine jewellery to homeowners, renters, or individual insurance policy; this will protect against loss, damage, or theft of jewellery. Should repairs be needed, it is the client’s responsibility to ship and insure the piece(s), we will return jewellery via insured shipment. Center stones are not under warranty, please insure your piece.

    Stone Warranty

We will replace melee diamonds within the first 6 months (2mm and smaller) free of charge. Should there be damage to the piece (missing prong, etc.) we will replace the diamonds/stones at cost to the client.

Other stones (emeralds, opals, sunstones, tourmalines, spinel, sapphires and other colored gemstones, etc.) can be replaced at cost + shipping to the client. Please be mindful that sunstones and opals have a similar hardness to a wine glass and can easily crack or chip if they are not cared for properly. Emeralds are considered a brittle stone and can chip as well.

Please be aware that rough gemstones have the potential to be damaged with more ease than polished or faceted stones. More care must be taken when wearing them, no matter the type of gem/diamond. Each rough stone is one of a kind, and will therefore be harder to replace if missing or damaged. We will do our best to match it although it may not be exact.

Diamonds are hard, we know that, but even a diamond can chip or break.  Salt and pepper diamonds and other non-traditional diamonds often have inclusions that can be susceptible to damage.  We always recommend that you remove any jewellery prior to going to the gym, swimming or doing any sort of manual labour (construction work, moving, gardening or even baking or painting).
