She's a hexagonal, rose cut measuring 11mm x 6.9mm surrounded by a hand engraved setting and accented by 2 x 4mm x 2mm white sapphire baguettes and 2 x 2.2mm cabochon emeralds claw-set into 10k yellow gold.
